DRPS Youth in Policing's 4th Annual IMPACT Youth Forum. The 2024 IMPACT Youth Forum is an exclusive community event for over 150 youth aged 13-24, in our community focused on leadership and empowerment, helping youth take a ripple of change and turn it into a meaningful impact. This year, our emphasis centers on the theme of "act," featuring esteemed guests and keynote speakers. We extend a sincere invitation for your presence at this noteworthy and impactful gathering.
All of the youth attending will receive volunteer hours for the time they are there for and they will be handed out at the end of the day.
Lunch will be held from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm where we will have a pizza lunch, DRPS units and fun actvities for everyone to take part in.
We encourage all attendees to come dressed in comfortable business causal with running shoes to be able to participate in our interactive activities. A pizza lunch will be available for purchase. We will only be accepting cash payments. All of the proceeds from this will be going directly to the Coldest Night of the Year fundrasiser for homeless youth in the Durham Region. Everyone is welcome to bring their own food and drink as desired.
